Terms of Service

1. Services

J. Richmond provides web development, design, and related digital services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in individual project agreements.

2. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in the project agreement. Standard terms include:

• 50% deposit before project commencement
• 50% upon project completion and approval
• Monthly retainer fees for ongoing maintenance (if applicable)

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all rights to the custom code and designs created specifically for your project. Third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) remain under their respective licenses.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

J. Richmond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services provided. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to that point.
